I was apprehensive and anxious about this investigation. The overlay of covid adds extra concern. The team were all kind and efficient. Despite it being an unpleasant procedure - it was conducted with complete professionalism and empathy. I was given good explanations at every step of the process and immediate feedback. I am aware that the team are having to cope with additional Covid 19 measures and will have friends and colleagues who are being affected. Well done for keeping operating the unit with such professionalism. THANK YOU.
