"Positive experience "

I recently had a knee replacement at the Park hospital. I was extremely worried about the operation before going in. Indeed I lost much sleep prior to admission. I can honestly say the operation turned out to be a very positive experience. Every person I came into contact with was pleasant, friendly, professional and caring. I was kept informed throughout my stay and could not fault the care I received. Inspite of the added complication of covid restrictions I don't think I could have felt safer or better looked after. Thank you to everyone involved in my care.
