"Osteoporosis check"

About: Victoria Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

The result and letter sent does not seem to refer to me at all despite having filled in the form.  It also raises mental health problems that I have been toiling with for 60 years and thought I had got on top of.  There is inconsistancy when on one page it says no further action needed then on another page, to be followed up.

I am not worried, I am just upset.
