"Extremely efficient practice "

I feel in safe hands with the staff at this medical practice. I've recently had to ask a certain doctor to help me out very regularly and I've felt comfortable knowing they were more than willing and nothing was any trouble.

I first came to this practice when it first opened in late 80s? And its had its ups and downs over the years, but i truly believe all the staff have us as patients best interests at heart and would go out of their way to help if they can.

I've been to the surgery once since covid started and I felt so safe . The surgery itself was spotlessly clean, it was set up so social distance could be easy to abide to. Everywhere you looked were bottles of hand sanitizers and I observed staff cleaning in-between every patient, it made me feel so secure to visit in future if needed.

To add to this I was so impressed with the upbeat,friendly manner of the staff. It must be a stressful time to be working in a medical setting but they all continue to stay positive and professional. To the point you leave the surgery with a smile on you face.
