From initial consultation to referrals for further investigations needed. I was very impressed with the speed of the appointments even during unprecedented covid times. I was able to see the GP face to face. She made me feel very confident in her decisions and she explained why she made the further referrals she did. Follow up appointments were done by telephone and at no point did I feel rushed and I felt my concerns were fully addressed. After this episode I felt a great deal of confidence in the GP and surgery even during these difficult covid times.
