"Amazing experience with GP and receptionist"

The doctor I was seeing for my coil on Friday was running rather late which I didn’t mind at all as I know how busy they are currently. The reception staff were due to finish and leave and go home however one of them stayed with me through my appointment until almost 8pm to chaperone me and make sure I was comfortable during my coil which can be a very uncomfortable distressing experience. I thought this was incredibly kind and professional especially since it was a Friday and late and she was very sweet to me and chatted to me throughout to make me feel at ease. The GP who fitted my coil was beyond absolutely amazing. So reassuring and relaxed and didn’t make me feel nervous at all. The GP and receptionist worked so well together and even made me laugh several times. Both of them made a potentially uncomfortable appointment into a nice experience. Thank you both so much I will recommending the surgery to friends who want contraception too. A dream team!
