In response to your comment to hand sanitiser, there was sufficient supply on the Check in Desk and if you had asked one of the staff or volunteers we would have gladly provided you with your own supply. There are also wall mounted hand sanitiser points throughout the building plus an extensive supply of hand sanitiser in the waiting area where patients were for the 15 minute observation period.

Unfortunately, our surgery only has limited space within the premises and the people walking past in the corridors, the majority would have been staff who are lateral tested on a twice weekly basis and who adhere to the strictest Infection Control guidance and policies. For these clinics there was a one way in an out of the surgery so there would have been limited presence of other patients in this vicinity.

This was our first weekend of carrying out the vaccinations sand we were also learning but your comments have been taken on board.

I hope on your next visit to the surgery is not as disappointing and if you have any queries on the day please ask to speak to one of the operational leads who are on site during the time of the clinics.
