"Trustworthy and reliable Practice "

We thought we needed to contribute based on our personal experience with the practice. We are hands on with our mothers care.

Irrespective of GP that attends, they do check their notes before hand and are informed on attendance. They are polite, respectful and listen. They do not patronise or waste your time either. They act on fact.

Mum is elderly (with that sometimes comes frequent GP contact) and we don’t live nearby. They have worked with us to ensure mums health and well-being is a priority.

We don’t always agree but we do always reach decisions in mums best interest. We very are grateful indeed.

Thanks to all the Medical receptionist too who are courteous and always communicate promptly.

Your patient record (tabs) online is informative and helps a great deal for us to keep up to date.

Reminders for Jabs has been very useful too.
