"Excellent service bay Rapid Access Team in Daisy Hill, Newry"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Stroke Unit

(as a carer),

My mum had a couple of incidents that it was decided needed to be investigated and she was referred very quickly to the Rapid Access Clinic in Newry. She ended up being there twice and then had a review after being diagnosed as having a couple of TIA's. On every occasion she was dealt with excellently. The staff who dealt with her were patient and reassuring and I was particular impressed when I received a phone call some time later by a pharmacist who was reviewing her medication. All in all it was an excellent service especially considering all this took place in the midst of the covid restrictions.
