Myself and my peer would like to thank Adele

Deputy Director of Forensics and Sue executive Forensic Director

for giving us the opportunity To interview for senior positions within Rampton and the trust. We also appreciate the time they give to us to be able to give face to face feedback even though it’s on Microsoft Teams (*MST ), it makes us feel we are not just a lip service and we are listened too and a safe space. Would also like to say thanks to Kath for chairing these on MST this Kind of Involvement helps us day to day with our care and confidence AND MAKES A REAL DIFFERENCE TO US

Thank you for taking time to send us your feedback. It is fantastic to read such positive comments.

I know that many of you are very committed to supporting us with the interviewing this includes the Training you have done in the Recovery Collage and from an Involvement point of view is is also great to see you have support from the top so to speak with Sue and Adele and of course many many more Staff. I do echo your sentiments about Kath who works so hard to make sure the Patient voice is heard. I can also understand that it does help with your care and building confidence for yourselves and us seeing that is perfect

This is brilliant, personally I think it is essential to have patients involved in the interview process – your opinions do matter to us. It is great that you all felt listened to and you all felt it was safe to voice your views on the interview candidates.
