(as a carer),

Thank you to everyone who organised and ran the COVID vaccine clinic. I brought my mum. Everyone was so lovely and friendly, yet the clinic also ran professionally and efficiently. I could tell everyone was making every effort to make the patients feel relaxed and know what was going on. Someone helped Mum as she waited as I parked the car - she had been anxious about the set up (she was eager for the jab) as she hadn’t even amongst a lot of people for so long. Many of the older people looked initially bewildered but everyone was caring, patient and understanding.

We would like to thank you for posting a lovely compliment about the service your mother received at the COVID vaccination clinic. We had many volunteers from outside in the car park and inside showing patients where to go, who made the day run so smoothly. We have shared your comments with all the teams and they very much appreciated your comments.
