Broken ankle. Used 111 online triage service. Contacted by the Urgent Care Dept within ten minutes. Appointment booked for within the hour. X ray, diagnosis and walker boot/ crutches supplied all within 40 minutes. Exceptional service from a caring and friendly team. Very impressed. Well done all!
