About: Essington Medical Centre

For over 2 years I still have no idea what is up with my body and have no confidence in visiting any nhs again. Never been confirmed what I have never been informed what is up with me and have no faith what so ever now several times I had severe chest problems and got laughed at because of my age yet I've suffered with severe stuff and thought that I was dying and never got taken seriously. Avoid this doctors at all costs. Made a complaint and never heard back. After complaint was made in was never able to get another appointment.

It is difficult to investigate complaints which have been raised anonymously but as a practice team we strive to provide good clinical patient centered care. I am sorry you are unhappy with the service provided. We take patients concerns and complaints very seriously and try to resolve them at a local level in a timely manner when they are raised with us through our complaints procedure. It would be inappropriate to discuss the specifics of your concerns on this public forum. We would welcome you to contact the Practice Manager where we can look into your concerns.
