"Amazingly poor "

About: Stuart Crescent Medical Practice

Would a child having an injection not be given a plaster? My one year old was sent out and left to bleed onto her clothes. Disgraceful.

We thank you for your feedback & are sorry that you feel we have let you down on this occasion. We have discussed your comments at our clinical meeting, and please see below the outcome:

We apologise that your experience was not meeting our own high standards and you were not provided with a plaster. Whilst the vast majority of patients do not have any bleeding, the option of a plaster should always be offered and this has been reiterated to all staff members. We hope that this offers you the reassurance that is required, and we hope to maintain and deliver high quality, caring services going forwards.

Once again, thank you for your feedback and drawing attention to this matter.
