"Incompetent Unprofessional Care and Staff"

About: City Hospital (Birmingham)

Waited 8 and a half hours, with unprofessional staff who did not help or guide at all. Waited 6 hours in the waiting room, care is being cut short with dealing with “critical patients” ever so often, and did not really get the support or treatment I would have wanted. Extremely unhappy as I have been breathless and so uncomfortable, and did not get the outcome I would have wanted.
