"MRI"

I never bother giving reviews for anything, but I just wanted to draw your attention to some exceptional service I received this morning. I was due to undergo an MRI on my knee. As soon as I arrived at the hospital I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. No sooner had I sat down and a specialist was calling me forward for the scan. He and his colleague were, polite, friendly and very professional. They carefully explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. The MRI procedure completed, I was escorted out of the building within half an hour of arrival. The level of service could not have been better. There was no waiting time at all. Everyone was very mindful of social distancing / hygiene and unexpectedly bright and up beat. I wanted to thank the staff involved and ensure they are made aware of how their positive attitudes really make a difference. I don’t think if you went privately you would be this well looked after.
