"Caring and thoughtful"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

I spent 5 days in the Urology dept with a kidney stone and found that all the staff from the consultant to the tea lady were very thoughtful and caring in all that they did. The nurses ensured I was given pain relief at the appropriate time and even when I returned in December for a minor operation the procedure was clearly explained which was very reassuring.

So despite these difficult times for us all it is very much appreciated that the staff still presented a professional but caring and thoughtful attitude during my stay.
