"First class service in spite of extreme pressure"

I visited the Urology department last week and despite the huge pressures on the NHS at present I was hugely impressed both with the staff and the quality of treatment that I received. The whole team were professional, caring and committed, I simply can't thank them enough. The treatment process was well explained, timely and comprehensive. The department is well organised and my passage through different tests was seamless. Saying "thank you" seems a little inadequate given the current crisis but I hope it goes some little way in expressing my appreciation.
