"Wonderful, wonderful experience"

I was called for a covid vaccination right at the end of the day. The team must have been going hard all day and I am sure they were exhausted but I was treated as though I was the first patient of the day - kindly, intelligently, reassuringly, patiently and supremely professionally. The vaccinator took a great deal of trouble to explain the possible side effects, the efficacy of the vaccine, the follow up appointment and then even patiently answered my questions. Once or twice other team members popped their heads round the door - with a warm smile and calm presence. This is clearly a GP practice at the top of its game - I feel very blessed to have access to this sort of standard of care. Thank you so much.
