"Need more training on taking blood"

I was asked to book in for a blood test at 1:30 every three months for my diabetes I want to see the blood lady and told me that she couldn’t get any out as my veins are small so told me I’d have to go to Queens medical and get it done there she didn’t even tryTo catch it out of any of the other arm just dismiss me bad practice saying she does it all day she needs to go back and get trained to do a job properlyNeed more training on taking blood This has cost me £6 to get to Queens as I’m out of work at the moment that’s a lot of money she needs to be retrained had my bloods done there many times but not by her
