"Fantastic Practice in A & E despite COVID strains"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

Mum went into A & E early hours of the morning, waited 4 hours for an ambulance but taken straight to North Middlesex A & E. No waiting outside, or in corridors, was taken straight in to her own cubicle room. Seen by doctor straight away and had an X-Ray - no waiting as X-Ray was over the bed. Treated, saw Consultant and Occupational Therapist immediately who called me with an update and she was discharged with a full home care plan of support and transported home into her bed by 11am the same day. Amazing Service and considering the COVID 19 situation was miraculous, cant thank you enough.
