Don’t ring surgery we’re giving vaccines, don’t ring were short staffed,not too busy giving jabs at £30 a pop are they .Forgot to mention that I had pneumonia last year only found out from a hospital consultant,rude reception staff who’s only response is well ring 111 then ,got to be careful as the e consult may put the receptionists jobs at risk as it’s far more customer friendly.

I am sorry to hear that your experience at the practice has been unsatisfactory. You are correct to point out that we have been busy vaccinating patients and that does mean that we are not able to do everything we would like to do. However, I can assure you that we will always consult with our patients remotely and see them face to face when clinically appropriate.

We'd be interested to learn more about the experiences you have had with the reception team. If you would like to share them with us so that we can follow up on this, please can you call the practice, or if you would prefer to not queue up on the phone, complete an admin related eConsult and somebody will call you back to address your concerns.
