I would like to thank everyone involved, from the lovely men in the car park to the staff on reception , nurses and on the way out. All of you were so kind and helpful from helping with my parents, one a wheelchair user, and one with a walking frame, in and out of the car, to the injection, very well organised. you were brilliant.
