"Social distancing"

About: Highbridge Medical Centre

(as a service user),

My wife had to visit the breast care centre today, why is it that some staff feel it ok to walk 3 abreast chatting & come out of rooms not checking, bumping in to patients with not even an apology. Surley medical staff know the situation, patients are forced to go into very stressful situations alone because of Covid yet some staff don't seem to care. The hospital has spent a lot of money marking floors just for them to be ignored by staff. I know they are under a lot of pressure right now but making patients feel safe and leading by example should also be a priority
