"The efficiency and care was very impressive"

Had an appointment during Covid to get lump checked on my breast. Very anxious had to go alone so arrived very early. Was seen almost as soon as I arrived. The efficiency and care shown to me by all clinicians was very impressive. Their fantastic system of triage works effectively despite the staff fully gowned with visors and masks which are extremely uncomfortable. Not one of the staff complained.   My worries and lump was their main priority. NHS at their best. I will always be grateful thank you
