"Exceptional care"

I had a blood test today with the phlebotomist and advised her I'm prone to get faint. Not only did I get a little faint but I threw up as well! The phlebotomist throughout was calm and reassuring. She had taken my bloods before I threw up so that's good. It was quick and relatively painless. She also called in a Dr to check on me as my blood pressure was low. Both Dr and Phlebotomist cleaned my hand and my dress while I composed myself and reassured me. Such considerate service that is second to none and so very much appreciated during these hard times. Thank you.
