Thank you so much for helping ease the difficult journey my family and I faced through my father’s cancer. You all showed kindness, sincere care and concern every time we called or emailed you.

I know I was more than a handful at times but you all showed your skilled expertise and always provided your help and support with ease.

Throughout all our years of being patients under your practice I can say I am exceedingly satisfied with your professionalism, commitment and attentiveness towards not only my father but to the rest of my family too.

A special thank you to everyone at reception for always cheering me up when I would phone the surgery and a personal thank you to the GP's involved in their speedy response for arranging my father’s death certification. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed with my family and I.
