I came in on Monday 11th January for foot surgery.I was taken to my room on maplin ward. The room was lovely and clean.my consultant came to explain what was going to happen.my anaesthetist came and I explained that I had some chest pain in recovery from a previous operation .unfortunately it happened again and was in recovery a few hours then moved to high dependency unit and on oxygen.my anaesthetist checked on me regular and reassured me.I just like to thank everyone on maplin ward that looked after me for two days.
