Positive RVH Paeds Outpatients experience. Daughter had her first appt with Renal Consultant yesterday. She is on the autistic spectrum and I had concerns that she would be overly anxious attending. Need not have worried. Nursing staff where brilliant, engaging with her in a relaxed and friendly manner. Consultant was fantastic-put us both at our ease, reassuring and kind. Thank you

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at our outpatients department with your daughter.

We understand your concerns about the stress on your daughter from attending for her first appointment.

I am so pleased that you found the staff engaging and friendly, which helped to relax you both.
