"Excellent staff"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I had an appointment today in the radiology department.

I would like to say thank you to the staff who I came into contact with, from the staff member taking people's temperatures at the door to the lady who booked me in at the main reception, to the staff who saw me in the radiology department. 

Also the lady who called me to tell me I had an appointment yesterday was lovely on the phone.

Every member of staff was polite and treated me with respect. I felt safe the whole time I was in the hospital and I commend the staff for doing a fantastic job.

I was even apologised to for waiting longer than my appointment time, but I was greatful just to have an appointment and did not have an issue with it at all.

Even with a pandemic the staff behaved with integrity and I am so proud of our NHS and all the staff working tirelessly during this time.

My appointment was the first time I had left the house for 4 days (I am one of the lucky ones to be able to work permanently from home) and it lifted my spirits seeing the kindness displayed by the staff.

I would love the staff to know how much they are appreciated. It really has made my day!
