I have had a serious problem with a prescription that has taken over a week to be fulfilled. The practice has replied to my previous post as if they do not know who I am . I have contacted them 3 times by email and telephone to tell them who I am and only got the problem resolved when i threatened to make an official complaint. I was promised the prescription was urgently being done yesterday and it wasn't. I asked the practice manager to call me today and she or he hasn't but had the time to reply to my last post as if they had no idea who I was. Very unprofessional.
