I’ve been with this surgery almost 40 years. I’ve never had a bad experience, always been able to get an appointment with a diagnosis and treatment. Even with the current situation I’ve found the response from the online service first class with a reply to my symptoms promptly and a follow up call from the doctor. When I’ve gone into the surgery the appointment was on time with COVID procedures in place but still maintaining a personal touch.
