I took my daughter to children’s A&E and the care my daughter received from the nurse at triage and doctor was second to none. The doctor was thorough and spent a great deal of time reassuring my teenager. I am so grateful for her kindness and compassion towards her, making her feel relaxed while she was feeling awful. The doctor was called Elle and she was fabulous. Thank you so much A&E use are wonderful and the professionalism exceeds itself.

Dear GBrodie,

Thank you for taking the time to write about your visit to the ED with your daughter, whom I hope is continuing to do well. It was lovely to hear that you and your daughter's experience was one of kindness and compassion, with your daughter being put at ease with a lot of reassurance given. I will pass on your thanks to the ED Team and Elle, the doctor, who I am sure will be delighted with your post.
