"Having my flu jab"

(as a service user),

I went to one of the flu clinic and it was the first time I have had the flu jab. I was in and out of the surgery in no time. It felt safe, easy and unthreatening. Efficient but not too impersonal. I would recommend it to anyone, especially this year to avoid the risk of having Covid 19 and flu at the same time.

Thank you for your feedback. It is good to hear that the system is working well. We have changed how we deliver the flu vaccine this year to take into account the increased numbers and social distancing. We hope to use this new model if we are asked to deliver the Covid vaccine.
