About: South Yorkshire Housing Association Limited / My Best Life Social Prescribing

(as a service user),

I was on the Council transfer list for a move from Barnsley where I live to Kent where I have family for 9 years. I have a disability and mental health issues. The local mental health team passed my case to My Best Life.   Lisa contacted Kent Council, helped me file a compliant, and supported me in the complaint assuring me that the delay was a real issue. I have just had an apology from Kent Council and a promise they will investigate why the delay happened and will try to implement the transfer.
