"Rude welcome upon arrival "

Upon arrival i was met by a rude obnoxious lady with absolutely no compassion or customer care ideas, she almost scowled when asking my name then without warning produced a temperature monitor and prodded it into my ear. Then she said very sharply find a seat, I was taken aback as whenever I call to make an appointment the staff are always very courteous. I then watched this lady speak the same way to all the other visitors regardless of age sex or apparent illness. This lady is ruining all the hard work done by other members of your staff and in my opinion be given a role that does not involve interaction with people as it is not a skill she has
