I would like to thank both the paramedics who took care of me when I had to call 999 and also the staff in A & E. I know how terribly busy they are and yet they were so kind and reassuring, pleasant and patient. Nobody likes to have to contact the emergency services or to go to A & E, but I simply cannot fault any of the people I came in contact with. Thank you all!
