"Outstanding Ambulance team and exceptional…"

On the evening on Sunday 10th Jan 2021 my mother received the most outstanding service provided by two amazing ambulance team members(they were called out to my mother Vivienne along Marine Parade to take her Medway hospital) I really hope this is enough info to identity the 2 outstanding members who cared for my mother- one Male and one female).

I can not praise these two enough. By far with leaps and bounds the most outstanding service I have ever witnessed provided by the NHS! Their patient journey was perfect. I am personally extremely critical on the patient journey as it is a huge part of my job role and usually I can always find fault but these two, delivered a gold standard patient journey!

I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart for how you cared for me and my mother. You guys did not have an easy job at all but as soon as you arrived, you took hold of the situation and I have never trusted my mother in the care of anyone else as much as I trusted you both.

Thank you for your compassion and empathy, it was refreshing to see such compassion and empathy. Your humour and warmth and patience was just perfect. Thank you for treating my mum with such respect, care and dignity and thankful for calming me down with your incredible humour and washing my fears away.

I think I could sit here and write an essay on both of you and still that will not emphasise how outstanding you both were. You had a really difficult task at hand and you two just blew me away.

I wish I could thank you both in person but I hope your management will be able to identify you both and give you the praise that is so clearly deserved.

Take pride in a job well done because you guys were amazing.
