I had a colonoscopy which is not the most pleasant experience but all the staff were unfailingly kind and reassuring. The place was very clean and well presented and although it was quite a way for me to travel, I had no complaints apart from the fact that I did not receive the literature until I got home afterwards, despite it being posted First class 4 days previously.
