"Attending a flu clinic"

About: Barton House Group Practice

(as the patient),

I had my first flu jab via appointment at my local GP surgery. I arrived for a timed appointment, checked in & waited for probably about 10 minutes ( in a well-organised, socially distanced queue). When it was my turn I was seen by the nurse administering the vaccination. The inoculation was completely painless & over in seconds. Everyone was very nice & it was extremely efficient. I felt no after-effects whatsoever.

Thank you for your positive feedback. It is good to hear that our model for delivering flu vaccination is working well and is appreciated, particularly for our staff who are working extra sessions at weekends. We hope to be able to use this system if we are involved in the roll out of the Covid vaccination campaign.
