I'm saddened that I cannot remember the name of the receptionist I spoke to today - she was absolutely sensational and I wish I could highlight her support individually.

I had received a text from the surgery and needed some additional advice. Not only was this receptionist able to give me this advice but she did it in a perfect manner.

Due to the situation with Corona virus I was advised that my options would have to change from perhaps expected. This meant I would need to be aware of the situation I found myself in. A little unaware of entirely what to expect going forward, she found exactly what I needed to know and prompting me to find answers I hadn't yet thought about but will need to know going forward. Continuously explaining what I needed to know in plain English.
