I am extremely concerned that this company is putting vulnerable, elderly people at risk by making in-home audiology test appointments at the height of lockdown when the NHS are asking us to be extremely careful. I have cancelled the appointment they made with my mother tomorrow, but I am concerned they are probably making appointments with others. I see this as driven by concern for sales figures rather than concern for the well-being of potential customers. Because of what I consider to be their unethical approach I will neither use nor recommend them after the pandemic.
