About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Dermatology Royal Alexandra Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I had an appointment yesterday in the Dermatology unit in the RAH. From the second my name was called I was treated with great kindness.  All the doctors and nurses I came in contact with were so kind and took time to put me at ease  I ended up getting my treatment because there had been a cancellation that morning which was even better. Everything was set up with covid guidelines in mind, the doctor took time to explain procedure to me and I was put at ease. Aftercare was explained  and appropriate paperwork given and point of contact if needed. I so appreciate how nice everyone was and am impressed with how everything was organised. Thank you
