"Rude receptionist "

Brought my elderly grandad for covid jab today which was arranged by this practise. Took a while for anyone to come to the front desk. Lady behind the desk then Sarcastically exclaimed that there was a bell to press for attention, which I was totally unaware of and felt embarrassed as there was a queue behind me. She was then so rude to me and my grandad claiming that no vaccination jabs were available and shrugged it off. No consideration for how far we travelled after I explained that it was arranged by this practise for this day and that we had travelled. She didn’t really seem to care. She pointed to another section of the practise and told us to check with them about a jab but when we got there, to which there was only a pharmacy and an exit to the building. Appalled.
