"Unhelpful receptionist"

About: Thorpe Road

I wanted to ask how to obtain a repeat prescription. I have never done this before and I was made to feel foolish for not knowing how to do this.

She was monosyllabic in her conversation and I felt that asking how to obtain a repeat prescription was like pulling teeth.

This is a shame as the nurses and doctors are very good.

This could be remedied by training a support of reception staff, who are the first line that patients interact with.
