"Fantastic AMSDEC nurse"

I was referred to AMSDEC as an emergency and was under the care of a lovely nurse who was covering the bay on her own, as they were short staffed due to covid I believe. She was extremely busy but remained polite, kind and professional throughout her long shift. She reassured me when I was distressed and was truly an NHS hero and role model.
