Some staff seemed to actually go out of their way to be unhelpful. I genuinely thought this was a Doctors surgery thing until I visited two other surgeries, one of which actually said that they are appalling. I have been registered with this surgery since I was a child but have recently I moved to a new one so thankfully do not have to deal with them any more. I learnt if I was really sick not to expect any help from this reception.
