My elderly mum fell over last night and badly bruised her temple. We were concerned she could have an internal bleed as she is on blood thinners. We called an ambulance and the rapid response we received was incredible. Two amazing paramedics turned up and were truly wonderful. I have worked for the NHS most of my life and last night I could not have been prouder. Such superb care despite these unprecedented times. Mum had a CT scan which was clear, now home and being waited upon. Thank you my beloved NHS.
