(as the patient),

I can’t thank Mr Henderson and his team enough for the care I received while under going my surgery on the 14th September 2020, during an extremely worrying time in the mist of a pandemic to my own personal issues having me petrified of hospital. Every single staff member who looked after me that day went above and beyond. I will forever be indebted.
