"Mixed Review "

Normally I have experience good practice when I have requested my repeat prescriptions but this time I found my experience disappointing. I put my prescription In within the normal timescale of three days and it wasn’t signed off until the 4th day. This left me feeling anxious as I was concerned I would run out. To be told twice by the receptionist they were under extreme pressure and had hundreds of prescriptions to deal with left me feeling very concerned and I felt lacked care, and compassion because I had complied with the rules and is disrespectful to my treatment. Having worked for an NHS service for many years I can fully understand the pressures of various services. I have been with this practice for many years and this is the first time I have experienced something which impacted negatively on me as this episode caused me undue stress and I sincerely hope it does not happen again.
